He’s already frustrated with the seeing the hundreds of robberies, homicides, the human misery moving through a justice system that many times provides no justice to the average citizen, unless he hires an expensive and well connected attorney.

About Dale F. Shaffer

Dale F. Shaffer served as a U.S. Marine, Ohio State Trooper, and Chief of Police in Ohio and Illinois. He earned a B.S. degree in police administration, graduated from the F.B.I. National Academy, and lived over twenty years in the Chicago area. Dale has served as an expert witness, a consultant, and taught police subjects on a part-time basis.
